Biography

I am Robert Hope, a citizen of Nigeria an indigen of Akwaibom state Mpat Enin local government Ikot Idiong village. Studied philosophy in the university of Uyo, Uyo. Reside currently In Lagos state.  My interest in life has always been in healthy living, I believe if life is worth living then, human should live a healthy life. I have attended trainings on food and hygiene programs one of which is (FHIN) food hygiene initiative of Nigeria. I know the outcome of our health is our life style. Like our scholars would say "we are what we eat".
