Refund and Returns Policy

Last updated: 6 October 2026

Our policy in short

All sales are final. Carib Wellness School does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any course or service.

Why we do not offer refunds

Our courses are digital. When you pay, you get access to the lesson videos, case studies, and learning materials straight away. Once you have been given access, the content cannot be taken back, so we cannot reverse the purchase.

Before you buy

Please take your time to decide. You can:

  1. Read the course page and the full list of lessons.
  2. Watch the 1 minute introduction video on our homepage.
  3. Read what past students say about the courses.
  4. Message us on WhatsApp with any question before you pay.

Please also choose carefully between a single pillar course and the full course. Once payment is made, the purchase cannot be changed or reversed.

What this policy covers

This policy applies to:

  1. Single pillar courses
  2. The full 5 pillar course
  3. Consultations, where a fee applies
  4. Any other digital product or service we offer

Reasons that do not qualify for a refund

Refunds are not given for a change of mind, lack of time, not finishing the course, or not getting the result you hoped for.

Returns

We do not sell physical products, so there is nothing to return.

Payment problems

If you were charged twice for the same purchase, or you paid and did not receive access to your course, please contact us as soon as you notice. Send your name, the email you used to buy, and your proof of payment. These are payment errors, not refund requests, and we will review them and put them right.

Disputing a payment

If you have a problem with a purchase, please contact us first so we can help. We keep records of every purchase and course access.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The policy shown on this page at the time you buy is the one that applies to your purchase.
